Festival Facilities

Will there be ATMs onsite?

No. This year we are running a completely cashless festival where your La De Da wristband is your means of payment. You can top this up onsite with your EFTPOS card, Credit Card, or Cash.

Will you sell food onsite?

Yes. There will be lots and lots of food options available for sale.

Where can I get info on the day?

There will be an information tent where your questions can be answered. Or feel free to ask any of our security team or anyone wearing a La De Da Crew t-shirt/pass.

Can I buy merchandise onsite?

Yes, there are stands where you can pick-up great La De Da gear but you can also buy the official La De Da merchandise here.

Can I bring my own alcohol to the Festival?

No. By law and under the terms of our liquor license La De Da is strictly no BYO. There will be bars selling beer, wine, spirits and RTDs so you can quench your thirst.

Will there be bars onsite?

Beer, wine, spirits and RTDs will all be on-sale at La De Da. Please ensure you bring proper photo ID just as you would when you buy alcohol anywhere else.

Medication and asthma

Please ensure that you bring any prescribed medications that you may need during your stay.  This especially applies to asthmatics – please ensure you take your inhaler!

My medication needs to be in the fridge, can I store it onsite?

If you are taking medications that require refrigeration, our St John Medics have refrigeration space available at their site.  Please ensure that you have a photocopy of your ID and medication placed in a clear plastic bag clearly labeled with your name etc.  For more info, please email info@ladeda.co.nz and we’ll pass it on to our Medical Team Leader.

Measles outbreak

There is currently a measles out-break in the Greater Auckland region and there are now confirmed cases in the Greater Wellington Region as well.  Our current medical advice is to check your measles status with your GP prior to attending La De Da.  More information can be found on the Wellington Regional Public Health website.
