Where is Lullaby Lane?

Lullaby Lane is our official La De Da Campground and is on the same site as La De Da.

When is the best time to arrive?

To ensure you get a spot on Lullaby Lane it would be best to arrive by 9:00am on Friday 30 December 2011.

How much do tickets cost?

Tickets are available from www.1-Night.co.nz/LaDeDa

How big are the campsites?

There is no size restriction on campsites, but we do reserve the right to restrict how much space you take up. We’ve got a big space but we’ve got to fit everyone in.

How many people are going to be camping?

Lullaby Lane will have enough room for 10,000 people.

Can I bring food and drink in?

Yes, but cold food only as there are no cooking facilities. And the only beverages you can bring into Lullaby Lane are non-alcoholic beverages in sealed plastic/aluminium bottles or containers only.

Are the campsites powered?

No, there are no power facilities to the Lullaby Lane campsite. If you want power access you need to buy a VIP ticket here.

Where do I park my car?

Our friendly traffic management team will direct you and show you where to park your car onsite. Just head down Dry River Road until you see the La De Da car entrance.

Can I bring friends back to the Lullaby Lane?

Lullaby Lane is a restricted area and only people staying in the campsite with a valid Lullaby Lane wristband will be permitted to be there.

Will Lullaby Lane have its own security team?

Yes. Security will be present 24/7 for your safety.

Will there be music in Lullaby Lane?

Yes, both our Mainstage and Electronic Stage have a wicked lineup of artists playing on 30 December.

Can we charge our mobile phones & laptops?

Yes. There will be an area where you can access power.

Is there some secure storage?

No. Keep valuables on your person at all times, or just don’t bring them to Lullaby Lane.

Can I buy food within the campground?

Yes! We will be selling variety of food at Lullaby Lane.

Are the campsites marked out? Is it possible to reserve a site?

No. It’s all on a first-in-first-served basis. If you want to secure a great site (and there are heaps of these), get in early with your mates so you are all camping together.

Can I bring my own alcohol to the Campgrounds?

No. By law and under the terms of our liquor license Lullaby Lane is strictly no BYO. There will be bars selling beer, wine, spirits and RTDs so you can quench your thirst.

Can I bring my BBQ/gas stoves, self cooking?

Sorry but we are not permitted to allow any form of open fire or cooking facilities in Lullaby Lane.

Are there toilets & showers onsite?

There are cold showers and toilets for camper’s use only.  Mirrors & power points for hair dryers, straighteners & shavers are located near to the shower blocks. If you want a hot shower you need to  buy a VIP ticket here.

How can I do my laundry?

You can hand-wash your laundry in the showers. But we would recommend bringing lots of changes of clothes, and doing your washing when you get home!

Is there any refrigeration available?

No, however, ice is available for purchase onsite. Campers are advised to bring their own chilly bins to store cold food & non alcoholic beverages in sealed containers.

Can I bring my RV or camper?

No sorry. If you would like to stay in your RV or campervan you will need to park it offsite.
