Kidz In Space
Alternative hip hop group Kidz In Space begun when three artists (Ashley Hughes, Mat Neshat and Josh Fountain) from different upbringings and musical backgrounds, mysteriously crossed paths in Auckland.
Frustrated with the current state of music on Earth, they boarded the Starship Synthesizer to launch themselves into the outer limits of the universe, in search of a new sound. Scarred but triumphant, they have returned to earth with a shed-load of pioneering sounds, levitated lyrics and off-world melodies. They’re gaining praise and fans with their high energy live show – they were incredible at La De Da last year!
