Hip Hop legend Pharoahe Monch has a reputation as one of “underground hip-hop’s pre-eminent lyricists, crafting intricate and intelligent raps”. After establishing his career with group “Organized Konfusion”, Monch’s much-hyped debut, “Internal Affairs” was released in 1999 with the first single “Simon Says” becaming an instant hit!

This year Pharoahe Monch released his third solo album W.A.R. (We Are Renegades), what he calls a “throwback to 1993, ’94 hip-hop”.
