Terms and conditions
Any ticket issued is subject to the following conditions and may be revoked by the issuer, proprietor of the venue and/or organiser of the event for breach of any of the specified conditions:
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with the Organiser’s terms and conditions.
- No refunds or exchanges on any ticket, booking fee, service fee or delivery fee except where required by New Zealand Law.
- The Organiser of the event reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute any artist or performer.
- The Organiser of the event reserves the right to change pricing, show times, door times, seating layouts, venue capacity without notice.
- The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the organiser’s and venue’s terms of admission. These additional terms are available from the Venue or Organiser upon request.
- Tickets will be void if on-sold or traded at a premium or in conjunction with other goods or services, or used in advertising or as a competition prize, without written permission from La De Da. In the event of a breach of this condition, the ticket holder will be denied admission or expelled and, on request, the ticket will be delivered up to La De Da.
- Where special pricing is available, suitable identification will be required at the time of ticket pickup to prove that the conditions required for that special pricing is met.
- The Ticket Holder consents to and will permit the search and inspection of his or her person, clothing, bags or other possessions by any official, employee or agent of the proprietor of the venue and/or the organizer of the event both prior to and after the Ticket Holder’s entry to the venue.
- Cameras, flash photography, video recorders or audio recorders of any type may be prohibited.
- The Ticket Holder must carry with them at all times while at La De Da appropriate personal photo identification in the form of an international or New Zealand Driver’s License, a Passport, or a HANZ 18+ card.
- The Ticket Holder must be aged 18 years or older as at 12:01am on 30 December 2011.
- The Ticket Holder will be required to leave the venue if he or she:
- – Engages in conduct which unreasonably interferes with the enjoyment of the event by the patrons, including fighting; or
- – Hampers or impedes the conduct of the event; or
- – Breaches any by-laws or orders applicable to the venue.
- Any breach of these conditions shall automatically revoke the Ticket Holder’s license to remain at the venue.
- All prices are GST inclusive.
- All ticket prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) unless otherwise stated.
- Each ticket is a licence granted to you by the organiser to attend the event. Your contractual relationship is therefore with the organiser in terms of attendance at the event.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the website. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions.
- When you complete a purchase online, you will receive a confirmation email. This will enable you to access your tickets to print them. If you do not receive this email then it is your responsibility to contact 1-Night to inform them. If you do not inform 1-Night that you have not received confirmation, we will be unable to guarantee that your purchase was successful. This may result in you being unable to purchase tickets if the event is sold out.
- Where concessions are applicable, valid identification must be provided for collection of tickets and upon entry at the event venue.
- All tickets purchased through the website are subject to a booking fee.
- Some tickets may also be subject to a delivery fee.
- We reserve the right to charge a fee for the replacement of tickets.
- Tickets purchased online are available to print by accessing the link contained in the confirmation email or by accessing your 1-Night Account. If multiple copies of tickets are printed, only the first to be scanned will allow admission.
- Refunds will only be available if the organiser’s insurance approves a successful full insurance payout in the event of a cancellation of the event. Delivery and booking fees are not refundable
- The organiser reserves the right to reschedule the event at any stage.
- We assume no liability for any loss of any kind arising out of your attendance at the event.
- By purchasing tickets on behalf of others, you acknowledge that those parties are aware of all terms and conditions relating to their tickets and their attendance at the event.
- You agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage caused to any person or property (including under contract, by negligence, statute, product liability or otherwise), whether they be direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential, resulting from attendance at this event.
- No ticket may be resold at a premium, used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes without formal written authorisation from us or the presenter.
